National TAFE Day at Wyong Campus

Staff and students at Wyong Campus are celebrating

National TAFE Day

Mon 3 June

by wearing their PJs to/at TAFE and donating to the

2GO “Give Me 5 for Kids” Appeal PJ Day.

At 12.30pm there will be a cake and photo op in the canteen and buckets will be available to collect donations to the appeal.

This is our opportunity to highlight the importance of TAFE and to rally local community support for our highly regarded, world-class TAFE system.

Green Day 10th April & Hunter TAFE Sustainability Resources.

Belmont and Glendale Campus staff and students are encouraged to wear something green to TAFE on Wednesday 10 April 2013.

Lake Macquarie City Council’s new green waste service starts in April. The green waste service will divert garden waste from landfill and turn it into reusable compost, and is a cost-effective step towards making our City more environmentally sustainable.

Glendale Campus is celebrating the launch of the new service and is assisting with raising community awareness that it’s time for residents to put their green bin out.
