We Remember ANZAC, produced by the Department of Veterans Affairs is a Resource book commemorating the Centenary of ANZAC available at several Hunter TAFE Libraries. This book is linked to the ANZAC Portal with a USB, with further resources, personal stories, video and photo archives. Tertiary Preparation Certificate teachers and students, and anyone interested in history will find the research links helpful.

Cessnock Campus Fruit & Yoghurt Day for Breast Cancer Awareness

Last week the Cessnock Campus Community Engagement Project Group hosted a Fruit Day for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

52  Cups of fruit, yogurt and muesli  were devoured by staff and students!

The group arranged a competition to guess the number of marshmallows in the jar, entry was a coin donation and $50 was raised and given as a donation to the Cancer Council.
