Hospitality students reviewed a book of their choice in a recent competition organised by HVHA teacher, Francis Hernon, and judged by Kurri Kurri Library staff. The first prize was awarded to Alisha Foote for her excellent review of Cheese : a collection of sweet & savoury recipes for every course. Congratulations Alisha! 
The overall standard was so high that Library staff decided to award extra prizes. Well done everyone! We really enjoyed reading all of your reviews and hope you enjoy your prizes.
